This is an ACTIVE MEMBER ONLY EVENT. You must have a current 2026 Active Membership to attend this event. Please feel free to bring the whole family. This event will be rain or shine.
WHEN AND WHERE: Saturday July 18th starting at 2pm at the Lower Nazareth Rod & Gun Club located at 267 Georgetown Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18020.
YOU MUST PREREGISTER for this event so we have a head count for food.
Registration is per person including all children and is a donation of any amount that will go toward the event expenses.
Please use the “quantity” for the amount of people attending and the donation will be per person. You can do different donations amounts for each person, but the total quantity at check out must come out to the total number of attendees.

EVENT INFORMATION:
Join us for an active member only picnic! We have a pavilion rented and will be having a BBQ. Food should be ready around 4pm.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
YOU MUST REGISTER for this event so we have a head count for food. Registration is per person including all children and is a donation of any amount that will go toward the event expenses. All communication will be made through the email you provide when you sign up so you need to register to be in the know. Please use the “quantity” for the amount of people attending and the donation will be per person. FOOD:
Food will be provided.
DRINKS:
We will supply bottled water, all other drinks are BYO, Alcohol is permitted.
PARKING:
There is a stone parking lot adjacent to the pavilion. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.
MUSIC:
DJ Jon will be playing the tunes for this event.
GAMES:
Feel free to bring some games to play with fellow members like Cornhole, Quoits, CanJam, ladder golf, cards, Janga, etc..
